This workshop will teach you how to make these lovely cards. You will have time to complete at least one of these cards. The Easter cards are way more easy than they look. The flowers fit for many occasions, maybe even Mother's Day. Why not have fun, learn someting new and give someone a lovely surprise? These cards require little more than needle & thread & cardstock. Everything will be supplied
This workshop is at the Ailsa Craig Art Centre which is a new venture for the village of Ailsa Craig in Southwestern Ontario. This is a great place, run by volunteers bringing some fun times and beauty to the region. When I am making Paper Embroidery Cards, aka Stitching Cards I always prick at least two cards at a time. The only "added work" is cutting the piece of cardstock and then it is the same process. When I am doing a brand new card, I always make the two cards differently, even in a small way. This is another example of a small change, but it makes a substantial difference. I should have made the second one a boy but the pink thread was handy......so I tried a different pattern two different ways
